Analytics, Reporting, HR Solutions & Client Compliance

Identify the key HR areas that need to be driven across the unit based on the feedback received from ESAT, Attrition data, Audits and create solutions in order to address and align HR solutions to people needs.

Guides the Unit HR Head in creating and reviewing the HR solutions dashboard by giving inputs on metrics, reviews on the workforce management dashboard to check for health of HR operations

Prepare the report of effectiveness of business solutions & look for trends and draw inferences to influence future direction in order to use reporting an effective tool to steer HR initiatives in the right decision
